About

Moira Smiley leads an interactive voice workshop for singers, voice students, choir leaders, music teachers, group-singing facilitators or enthusiasts, and community music practitioners. Moira will focus on ways to include movement & body percussion into group singing, singing as social activism, and ways to creatively work with familiar songs and finding new repertoire. This workshop is presented by Sing Ireland in collaboration with H.I.P.S.T.E.R. (Historically Informed Performance Series, Teaching, Education, and Research) and with venue support from the Irish Chamber Orchestra. Registration is free, but advance booking is required.
